Registration

1. Create an account in the uOttawa estore. Please enter your institutional affiliation as organization.

2. Sign in and follow the instructions. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.

Fees

• Conference, regular attendees: CAD 600 (+13% HST)
• Conference, student attendees: CAD 400 (+13% HST)
• Summer School, regular attendees: CAD 250 (+13% HST)
• Summer School, student attendees: CAD 150 (+13% HST)

A 10% discount is applied if registration is completed before July 26.

The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference reception (to be confirmed).

Student stipends

Thanks to our sponsors’ donations we may be able to partially support attendance costs for graduate students and postdocs in need of additional funding. If interested please email the chairs and provide the following information before August 1:

• Name and affiliation
• Estimated travel costs
• Support available and support needed from SAC
• Statement justifying the benefits of attending the Summer School or Conference
• Endorsement from academic supervisor (for graduate students)
